I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, with easy access to shopping areas, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with a lovely balcony overlooking the bustling Gran Via. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, the dining options, while serving delicious Iberian products, were a bit limited. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great value for money.
